Community Commitment

As part of Mount Union's mission, we strive to inform responsible citizenship among our students. The Center for Public Service will prepare students to be active members of their communities which empowers them as learners, leaders and achievers. With a need for qualified people to join the ranks, Mount Union students can make a significant impact on the surrounding region and the nation.

• Internships at local agencies in which students have a vested interest and can contribute knowledge and skills are available.
• Service-learning encourages students to volunteer at local agencies.
• Students are challenged to foster civic involvement on campus and in the community.
