New Roof for Huston Barn "The time to repair the roof is when the sun is shining.” John F. Kennedy We have been fortunate this summer not just to repair, but to replace our historic barn roof. When the barn was originally constructed in the mid 1860’s, John Huston used wooden shakes to protect his structure. read more
Nature Center participates in the Ohio Breeding Bird Atlas II (OBBAII) Twenty years ago, Ohio produced it first atlas of breeding birds. Now a second effort is underway. The next breeding bird atlas for Ohio will generate immense amounts of new and important information that will be essential for the effective conservation and management of birds in Ohio. read more
Garden News The Nature Center Children’s Garden is in its fourth year and has blossomed into something beautiful! We have expanded with an addition of a lower garden, allowing space for more varieties of vegetables. read more
