Job Title: Sports Information Student Assistant
Department: Public Affairs and Marketing
Period of Employment: Fall and Spring
Type of Pay: Hourly
Responsibilities: This individual will assist in all aspects of the sports information including but not limited to: aiding in the office, taking statistics at athletic events, updaing websites, data entry and research projects, writing feature stories, press releases and game stories for Mount Union's 21 varsity athletic teams. Work will be in the office and/or at athletic events.
Qualifications: This individual must be extremely reliable, have positive writing and communicative skills, be organized and be computer literate. Sports knowledge a plus. Sport business and communication majors preferred, but not required. Evening and weekend availability also a plus.
