Get Rich Quick - Student Wellness Challenge
Welcome to Get Rich Quick
The First Wealth is Health & we want to reward you for living a healthy lifestyle. Wellness is a framework that can be used in many ways to help us organize, understand, and balance our growth and development. Our personal well being is dependent upon equal attention to each of the six primary areas of life: emotional, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual.
The ultimate goal of Get Rich Quick is to help you achieve balance in all areas of your life & to give you tips on how to improve those areas that mean the most to you.
How the wellness challenge works
Get Rich Quick is simple. All you need to do is perform any of the wellness-related tasks outlined on the following pages. Each task has a corresponding point associated with it - simply record your activity and points in the tracking log at the back of the book. After you reach the appropriate point level (see below), you qualify for incentive prizes such as water bottles and gift certificates.
To help you stick to your goals & the challenge, you will receive periodic reminders about your current point status, upcoming events & activities where you could earn additional points, and tips to help you stay motivated.
For every 200 points you earn, you are eligible to receive prizes. However, you must have earned at least 10 points in each dimension before you officially reach your point level. Every time you reach 1000 points, your name goes into the drawing for our grand prize at the end of the school year.
