The Program Administrator (PA) is a live-in student staff member of the Office of Residence Life. The Program Administrator is responsible for promoting a positive living and learning environment by planning and implementing activities that advance community, academic excellence, diversity awareness, wellness, and meaningful relationships.

The Program Administrator is responsible for planning and implementing activities for an assigned residential area. The Program Administrator's primary role is to facilitate an educational environment through programming that meets students' personal and academic needs. Strategies for success include assessing student needs, engaging students in activity planning, and facilitating events that connect students with each other while promoting learning and involvement. Program Administrators are responsible for creating and maintaining educational bulletin boards in assigned areas. Program Administrators will work in cooperation with CEs and Resident Directors (RDs) to accomplish goals of residential living.
