The Office of Student Involvement & Leadership was created in the summer of 2003 when the Student Activities Office and the Greek Affairs Office joined together in order to better support students preparation for meaningful work, fulfilling lives, and responsible citizenship.

Leadership programming, preview and orientation, comedians, musicians, late night programming, fraternity & sorority life, student organizations,  Family Day, Little Sibs Weekend and more can be found as part of the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership. In order to prepare students for meaningful work, fulfilling lives and responsible citizenship, the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership strives to provide meaningful co- and extra-curricular educational opportunities for students in support of their personal and interpersonal development; leadership development; professional development. In addition, the Office strives to assist students in understanding of the rights, responsibilities, privileges and resources available as a member of the Mount Union community.

Our individual offices and work spaces are located in the HPCC Student Affairs division, in the Hoover-Price Campus Center. You can also contact us at (330) 823-7288, or by 1-800-992-6682, ext. 7288 and ask for the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership.

The Center for Student Involvement & Leadership (CSIL) is a resource space for student organizations recognized and registered on campus.  It is physically located in the basement of the Health Center between King and Miller Residence Halls. It is available by appointment for group meetings (it can be reserved through the Office of Campus Card and Facilities Scheduling) and as a resource room for leadership references and materials. A key may be checked out with student identification from the Information Desk in the HPCC.
