The Office of Student Involvement & Leadership employs a staff of students as Preview & Orientation Guides who serve as the ambassadors for Mount Union College during the summer Preview and fall/spring Orientation sessions throughout the year. The Preview & Orientation Guideās primary mission is to assist the newest students to the College with their academic and cocurricular transition to Mount Union College. Major areas of responsibility for this position include community building, counseling, and administration.
In 2009, the opportunity to serve as either a Preview or Fall Orientation Guide will be available to new applicants. Applicants may serve in either the role of Preview Guide through the months of June, July and August; or may serve in the role of Fall Orientation Guide during the fall orientation weekend in August. Applicants may also apply and be considered for both positions.
The application process begins on October 6. Please see the Information Desk, the Office of Student Affairs or the link below to complete an application. Applications are due on October 31, 2008.
