The Office of Stewardship and Grants will provide technical expertise in designing and developing proposals along with the project director(s). Essentially, the Office of Stewardship and Grants will offer the following services to meet the demands of a particular proposal:
- Discuss and develop project ideas
- Review and discuss the information and overview submitted with the External Grant Preliminary Approval Form prepared by the Project Director(s)
- Review proposal timeline
- Review proposal budget
- Ensure College compliance to federal/state regulations and certifications
- Review and edit drafts of the proposal
- Provide boilerplate information on the College as needed
- Manage the process, keep the process on schedule, and make any necessary adjustments to the process
