We will be able to issue each student a maximum of 10 tickets for the Commencement ceremony held at the south entrance of Chapman Hall. In the case of inclement weather, six of these tickets will permit guests into the gymnasium of the Timken Physical Education Building and four will allow guests entrance to the Peterson Field House to watch the ceremony on closed-circuit television in the Peterson Field House.
There will be a standing-room-only section that will allow guests without tickets to view the outdoor Commencement ceremony by standing behind the seated area available to ticketed guests. If weather requires us to move indoors, those guests without tickets will be permitted entrance to the Peterson Field House to view the ceremony on closed-circuit television.
