Three Mount Union Men's' Soccer Players Named OCSA Academic All-Ohio

(CEDARVILLE, OH)--Three Mount Union College men's soccer players, junior Chris Bondra (Mentor/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin), senior Matt Parnell (Uniontown/Green) and sophomore Matt McCain (Homeworth/West Branch) were named to the Academic All-Ohio teams by the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association.

Bondra was a second team selection, while Parnell and McCain are listed on the third team.

Bondra played in 18 games with two goals and an assist.

Parnell scored a goal in 18 games as a defender and team captain.  He was also an Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection.

McCain played in all 19 games, scored a goal and was second on the team with three assists.

Mount Union went 6-12-1 overall in 2008.
