Wrestling Beats Niagara County (NY) Community College, 29-12

(ALLIANCE, OH)--Mount Union's wrestling team scored a 29-12 dual meet win over Niagara County Community College Saturday night at The McPherson Academic and Athletic Complex.

Mount Union won seven of nine contested matches and closed out the match with a pair of pins by junior Bill Schindel (Tallmadge/Akron Hoban) at 197 and Derrick Hesson (Dexter City/Caldwell).

Mount Union hosts the Purple Raider Open tomorrow (Sunday, Jan. 17) at Alliance High School in Alliance.  Tickets are available at the door for $3.
