Women's Cross Country Places Eighth at Penn State Behrend Invitational
(ERIE, PA)--Mount Union College's women's cross country team placed eighth Saturday at the Penn State-Behrend Invitational in Erie, PA.

Junior Heather Stalter (Marietta/Marietta) lead the way for the Purple Raiders with a sixth place (20:19) finish.
Three freshman followed closely behind as Lesley Sherwood (Strongsville/Strongsville) was 30th (21:35), Alice Coughlin (Hamburg, NY/East Aurora) was 35th (21:46), and Rachel Miller (Strongsville/Strongsville) was 50th (22:39).
Mount Union will be racing next Saturday at the Pre-Regional Meet at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio.
