Purple Raiders Fall To Ohio Northern In Season Finale

Mount Union College's women's tennis team (13-6, 7-2 OAC) fell 7-2 to Ohio Northern (18-5, 7-2 OAC) in Alliance, Ohio on April 19.

Leading the way for the Raiders was Tara Biedenbach, who improved to 6-1 (3-0 OAC) in singles play with her 6-3,6-0 victory at sixth singles. Also picking up a win was Mary Beck at first singles, which puts her at a team leading 14 singles wins on the season.

The Purple and White will next host an OAC tournament match on Tuesday, April 22 against an opponent TBA.
