(AUSTINTOWN, OH)—Mount Union College juniors Stephanie Cain (Akron/Springfield Local) and Anna Horning (Cuyahoga Falls/Woodridge), along with sophomores Alex Lucak (Maple Heights/Trinity) and Mara Palombaro (Boardman/Cardinal Mooney) were named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference Softball.
Alex Lucak Named to Academic All-District IV Softball Team
(DELAWARE, OH)--Mount Union College sophomore Alex Lucak (Maple Heights/Trinity) was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District IV Softball Second Team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
Three Softball Players Named NFCA All-Central Region
(STARKVILLE, MS)—Mount Union College sophomore second baseman Alex Lucak (Maple Heights/Trinity) was named All-Central Region First Team by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA). Juniors in third baseman Anna Horning (Cuyahoga Falls/Woodridge) and shortstop Meghan Simons (Minerva/Minerva) each were named to the all-region second team.
