Beck and Hallett Named to All-OAC Women’s Tennis Teams
(AUSTINTOWN, OH)—Mount Union College sophomore Mary-Catherine Beck (Alliance/St. Thomas Aquinas) and freshman Kristina Hallett (Willoughby Hills/Willoughby South) were each selected to the All-Ohio Athletic Conference Women’s Tennis teams by the conference’s 10 head coaches. Beck was named to the All-OAC second team, while Hallett was an honorable mention selection.
Women's Tennis Falls in Marathon Match With Top-Seeded Ohio Northern in OAC Tournament Semifinals
(MASON, OH)--Fourth-seeded Mount Union College saw its women's tennis season come to an end after a 5-1 loss to top-seeded Ohio Northern University in the semifinals of the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament. The match which started an hour late due to the men's semifinals running long, began outside at the Lindner Tennis Center then after a 54-minute rain delay was moved inside to the Queen City Racquet Club.
